There's no avoiding it.  Life has got pretty hard for trans people in many countries. Culture warriors, politicians and the media are ramping up the hysteria and telling lies about us beyond anything many of could have expected even a few years ago.

In these tough times, the purpose of this site is simple. It's a space to share stories about the things we as trans people, have done, or that we do, to just feel ok about ourselves. To feel joy, to feel loved or cared for. To feel stronger, to recover and reconnect with our self-belief. Something that's helpful to us in our lives.

Do click the link and read the stories. If you are trans, why not share one of your own to add to the growing collection? Feel the strength and connection of them together, with yours as part of the growing story of us all. It doesn't have to be a big deal, it doesn't have to have changed your life. It can be small, unique, a one time event, a moment, just your thing. Or something that you return to, something that others find meaning from too. You did it once and it helped? You do it often and it often helps? Either.

Use the form below and we'll put your story up. Use the name that you're known by, or any that works for you.

The term trans is used here to embrace all those who identify within the transgender or genderqueer community in whatever way makes sense to you.
